




Field Sales Advisor – Mining Sector We are seeking a proactive individual with **strong sales aptitude** and willingness to travel frequently. You will receive training to sell **personal protective equipment (PPE) and industrial safety products** directly at mining sites across the region. Your responsibilities: **Field Sales (70% of time):** * **Visit regional mines**: Directly engage safety managers, supervisors, and procurement officers at their facilities. * **Identify needs**: Assess safety risks and propose appropriate PPE solutions tailored to each mining operation. * **Provide technical advisory**: Recommend protective equipment based on regulatory requirements and specific operational risks (with prior training provided). * **Conduct on-site demonstrations**: Present products in person so customers can experience their features firsthand. **Commercial Management (30% of time):** * **Prepare quotations**: Develop competitive commercial proposals using our internal system. * **Close sales**: Negotiate terms and formalize orders to meet monthly targets. * **Follow up with clients**: Maintain contact with active customers to support repeat purchases and after-sales service. * **Report activities**: Log visits, opportunities, and progress in our CRM system. Requirements – What you need: * **Sales experience**: Minimum 1 year (preferably B2B or field sales). * **Education**: Incomplete or completed engineering degree (Industrial, Mechatronics, Mining, or related field). * **Valid driver’s license**: Class A (mandatory). * **Vehicle operation**: Standard proficiency for transportation to mining sites. Desirable (but not mandatory) basic knowledge: * Personal protective equipment (PPE) * Familiarity with the mining or industrial sector * Safety regulations (Mexican Official Standards – NOMs) * Computer skills (basic Office applications, CRM systems) * Basic English (for reading technical datasheets) Mandatory requirements: * **Willingness and availability to travel**: Frequent and extensive travel required. * **Age**: 24–37 years old. * **Willingness to work in the field**: Mines, remote areas, and variable working conditions. * **Commercial mindset**: Proactive approach to prospecting new clients without waiting for instructions.
