




Job Summary: Support the receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility to apply knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems. **Job Objective** Support the proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, supplies, and finished goods, ensuring orderliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company-established procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and verify materials, supplies, and finished goods against orders and documentation. * Properly arrange, identify, and safeguard materials in the warehouse. * Issue materials to production according to authorized requisitions. * Assist in physical inventory control and system recordkeeping. * Conduct cycle counts and support general inventories. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper signage in the warehouse area (5S). * Assist in loading and unloading of materials. * Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages identified. * Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Support general departmental activities as required. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed junior high school or high school (preferred). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics (preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Forklift operation (preferred) * Basic inventory management * Use of forms and records * ERP systems or basic Excel knowledge (preferred) * **Skills:** * Organization * Responsibility * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Punctuality Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $9,800.00 - $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
