We are looking for a **COMMERCIAL MANAGER** to lead our sales team in the Durango region. **WE OFFER** **COMPETITIVE SALARY:** * Base salary: $20,000 MXN monthly * Additional commissions (when objectives are met) * Savings fund: 3% **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM \- 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM \- 7:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead a team of approximately 60 people * Supervise branch managers, sales advisors, warehouse staff * Establish sales strategies and commercial objectives * Accompany teams in wholesale sales * Analyze market to attract new customers * Supervise processes and compliance with audits * Ensure excellent customer service **REQUIRED PROFILE** **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree **EXPERIENCE:** More than 5 years in sales-related commercial positions **COMPETENCIES:** * Negotiation techniques * Sales techniques * Team leadership * Knowledge of the Durango market **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Windows and Microsoft Office * Advanced Excel (data analysis) **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to travel 2\-3 times per month * Initial training: 6 months **Location:** Durango, Dgo \- East Zone Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Discounts and preferential prices * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Required) Workplace: On-site employment
