




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced project leader in implementation management, capable of planning, executing, and closing initiatives while ensuring team synergy and reporting results. KPI analysis and strategic decision-making **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering 2 years of experience in implementation project management, preferably in cleaning services, maintenance, pest control, or industrial dining services. Advanced Excel skills Executive presentation skills Willingness to travel occasionally **Responsibilities and Objectives** Plan processes for assigned projects and create project charters. Implement program activities and monitor progress toward completion. Serve as the liaison among operational teams including Operations, Legal, Finance, HR, and other key departments. Lead alignment meetings, establish service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure team synergy. Generate executive reports on initiative progress and KPI analysis to support decision-making. Identify improvement opportunities and resolve potential deviations or risks in real time. Develop stabilization plans and close projects. Document progress, generate status reports, and present results to management and clients. **Competencies**: Excellent verbal and written communication.
