Verification of labels, travelers, and machine conditions to ensure products meet Vishay standards before proceeding. 25% Continuous rounds across stations to ensure material flow (leadframe, wire, carrier and cover, powders, etc.). Act as an immediate response to input shortages, eliminating downtime due to shortages. 20% Rapid on-floor machine support to address operator alarms or operational failures. Assess escalation to technical support to prevent machine stoppages. 15% Execution of system transactions (Split, Merge, Overruns, Protocols, Recipes, etc.). 15% Organizing morning meetings, floor staff rotation, and hands-on training directly at machines. Ensure each operator is in the correct position and performing tasks according to plan. 15% Conducting shift start-up and closing audits for workplace cleanliness (5S) to ensure a safe and orderly area. 5% Audits to reconcile physical materials versus system records, and management of returns to the warehouse. 5%
