Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise the execution of serial housing construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while managing teams and optimizing processes. Implementation of improvements in construction processes **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the execution of serial housing construction projects. * Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Review cost estimates, work generation documents, and quantities of work. * Implement improvements in construction processes to optimize time and resources. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Coordinate partial handovers and project closeout. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with emphasis on serial housing projects. * Proven experience in coordinating multiple construction fronts. * Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and construction management. * Familiarity with construction and safety regulations. * Willingness to work on-site.
