**JOB PROFILE: MINE WAREHOUSE CLERK** **Job Objective** Efficiently manage, control, and safeguard mine warehouse materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring their proper receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation in accordance with internal procedures, mining safety standards, and project operational guidelines. **Education** * Completed high school diploma (technical degree or TSU in logistics, warehousing, administration, or related field preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mining warehouses — MANDATORY. * Experience in inventory management and controlling inbound and outbound movements. * Experience in mechanical, electrical, or mining equipment spare parts warehouses is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** * Inventory control (maximum and minimum levels). * Physical and/or digital ledger (kardex) management. * Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred). * Ability to identify mechanical and electrical spare parts and industrial supplies. * Basic mining safety and hygiene standards. * Storage of hazardous materials (desirable). **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and record materials, spare parts, and tools. * Verify that received materials comply with purchase orders. * Properly classify and organize materials within the warehouse. * Control and document warehouse inbound and outbound movements. * Fulfill requisitions from maintenance, operations, and project departments. * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and signage. * Report shortages, damages, or obsolete materials. * Comply with mine safety policies and mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and control. * Attention to detail. * Honesty and integrity. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and discipline. * Ability to work under pressure. **Physical and Safety Requirements** * Medical fitness certification for mining work. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Inventory accuracy. * On-time material delivery compliance. * Control of shrinkage and losses. * Warehouse order and cleanliness.
