**Maintenance Technician – CDMX (Electrical & HVAC)** At **RIMSAMEX**, we are a 100% Mexican company with nationwide presence. We are seeking electromechanical, electrical, or related technicians to join our service crew in **CDMX**, with expertise in air conditioning, electricity, and plumbing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for preparing quotations for 100% of corrective reports assigned to your account, using the RIMSA cost catalog as reference and adhering to the “Quotation Time” KPI (48 hours). * Responsible for executing 100% of corrective and preventive reports approved by the client, meeting the “On-Time Completion” KPI based on ticket priority and specialty. * Responsible for responding to and resolving emergencies occurring within your assigned city area; emergency tickets are automatically assigned to your account. * Ensures compliance with operational, administrative, and system-related guidelines. * Prepares and submits documentation (Work Orders, checklists, photographs, invoices, and expense reports). * Closes reports in SAMI. **Position Details:** * Crew size: 2 people * Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday * Location: **CDMX** **Requirements for this vacancy:** * Electromechanical, electrical, or related technician. * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as maintenance assistant is desirable. * Punctual. * Service-oriented. * Knowledge of: air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, and painting. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary, paid biweekly. * Indefinite-term employment contract (with probationary period). * IMSS coverage. * INFONAVIT benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Uniform renewal twice per year (shirt, trousers, safety shoes). * Full personal protective equipment (PPE), renewed annually. * DC-3 training and certifications. * Technical training. * FONACOT access. * Vehicle and mobile phone provided for the crew.
