We are currently hiring for the position of Electromechanical Engineer in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. **Job Requirements** * Required education: **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field; alternatively, secondary or high school education is acceptable if the candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in the role.** * Flexible availability of working hours * Valid driver’s license * Experience as an automotive mechanical workshop assistant * Proficiency in PC usage * Experience or specialization in gasoline or diesel systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance experience **Responsibilities** * Assist in diagnosing basic mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in gasoline and diesel engines * Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, spark plug replacements, belt and hose replacements, and other standard maintenance activities * Assist in repairing brake, suspension, steering, cooling, exhaust, and transmission systems * Load, clean, and organize workshop tools and equipment * Support disassembly and assembly of mechanical components under supervision * Document completed work and report damaged or missing parts * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to safety and hygiene standards * Conduct basic post-repair operational tests (under supervision) **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary starting at $12,432.00 Net, weekly payments + bonuses and commissions + statutory benefits * **Variable shifts: Monday to Saturday** **Shift 1: Start at 6:00 AM, end at 4:00 PM,** **Shift 2: Start at 8:00 AM, end at 6:00 PM** **Shift 3: Start at 10:00 AM, end at 8:00 PM.** * Full-time permanent employment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Ongoing training in sales and leadership * Statutory benefits and performance-based bonuses **Work Location: Eastern Zone, Brasilito.**
