




Sandvik Mining is looking for: **Warehouse Personnel at Mining Unit** **Velardeña Contract** \- **Temporary** Customer service and passion to win? That's what we are looking for in you **General Purpose of Position:** Responsible for monitoring warehouse operations on site, ensuring timely delivery of orders to internal and external customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, organize, and supply materials arriving at the site according to established procedures. * Record material loading in the system for invoicing purposes. * Report damaged materials to immediate supervisors to request warranty claims. * Prepare reports and maintain records of inventory entries and exits; support inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock levels. * Deliver materials to requesting personnel, whether site customers or Sandvik employees, upon authorization from immediate supervisors. * Participate in customer service activities when required. * Monitor and manage minimum and maximum inventory levels, reporting shortages to request parts. * Manage supplier inventory transactions by accepting or rejecting them. * Process sales orders, prepare materials ensuring compliance with requested orders, and send to Inventory Administrator for invoicing. * Supervise correct entry of orders into the system performed by warehouse staff. * Provide training to on-site warehouse personnel. * Conduct analysis and generate reports on warehouse movements, as well as other tasks assigned by immediate supervisors. * Collect signatures for end-of-month service invoices. * Enter data into Aurora system to request spare parts invoices. * Support follow-up on invoices that have not been processed for payment. * Enter work orders into the system for validation. * Build strong working relationships with team members and customers to ensure smooth site operations. * Expedite urgent orders to ensure customers receive requested products on time. * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. **Profile:** Technical degree in Administration or Accounting. Solid experience as a warehouse operator and inventory management in underground mining operations. Availability to travel and work rotating shifts.
