Yes, we accept vehicle trade-ins subject to prior appraisal. If you contact us from another city, we request videos, detailed photographs of the vehicle, as well as the invoice or invoices (if it has been re-invoiced more than once); with this information we provide a tentative offer. Once the vehicle is in our possession, we verify that it is indeed in optimal condition and honor the offer. If the vehicle has any undisclosed issues upon arrival, these will be deducted from the offer. 4.- How can I purchase one of your vehicles if I am located in another city? We will send you videos and detailed photographs of the vehicle as requested, so you can verify its condition. You may also arrange an inspection/diagnosis at any agency or trusted workshop (intermediary) of your choice; we handle the coordination, but the cost of this service is the customer's responsibility. 5.- How is the vehicle delivery handled if the sale is finalized? We have a transporter service that is not part of our agency but is trusted by us. This service delivers the vehicle anywhere within the country. The vehicle travels on its own wheels with transfer plates. If the customer requires a different type of transportation, they may arrange or hire their preferred transporter, as the cost is borne by the customer. We handle all coordination to ensure safe and successful delivery. 6.- Occasionally, we do not list all available units, so if you are looking for a specific vehicle, please contact us—we carry all automobile brands.
