Job Summary: Industrial engineer with experience in the automotive sector to design stations and processes, and launch new programs, ensuring production optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Station and process design for mass production 2. Leadership in prototype construction and support for pilot runs 3. Problem identification and resolution using Industrial Engineering principles MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design stations, processes, and work instructions during prototype stages and at mass production line startup. * Conduct workload studies to achieve optimal production balancing. * Develop Process FMEA for harness production lines. * Prepare and lead prototype stage construction, and provide support during product pilot runs. * Successfully launch new programs by helping identify, track, and resolve issues based on Industrial Engineering principles. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: * Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related degree. * 2 years of experience in the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering and manufacturing process design, preferably for harnesses. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. * Intermediate English. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD 2D. * Flexible working hours. * Creative, responsible, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
