Job Summary:
Industrial engineer with experience in the automotive sector to design stations and processes, and launch new programs, ensuring production optimization.

3. Problem identification and resolution using Industrial Engineering principles
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design stations, processes, and work instructions during prototype stages and at mass production line startup.
* Conduct workload studies to achieve optimal production balancing.
* Develop Process FMEA for harness production lines.
* Prepare and lead prototype stage construction, and provide support during product pilot runs.
* Successfully launch new programs by helping identify, track, and resolve issues based on Industrial Engineering principles.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
* Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
* 2 years of experience in the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering and manufacturing process design, preferably for harnesses.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
* Intermediate English.
* Proficiency in AUTOCAD 2D.
* Flexible working hours.
* Creative, responsible, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Salary: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
