Implement continuous improvement and process optimization strategies. Coordinate service logistics and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with administrative and commercial departments to align operational and financial objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Gender: Male. Age: 30 years and above. Minimum experience: 2 years in leadership, coordination, or operational supervision roles. Residence: Preferably in Durango, Dgo. Knowledge of inventory control, team management, financial principles, and use of administrative or management software. Skills and competencies: Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Strategic decision-making under pressure. Assertive communication and interpersonal skills.
