Main Responsibilities Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products, promoting cross-selling. Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. Ensure proper implementation and execution of strategies related to deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll services. Open deposit accounts with balances and grow existing customer balances. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Become certified as an AFORE Promotional Agent. **Cambaceo:** Promoting products outside the point of sale. Make calls to place payroll and pension loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong verbal communication skills. Enjoys interacting with customers. Experience in selling financial products and services related to savings, investment, and insurance. Knowledge of AFORES. Goal- and objective-oriented. Experience in field prospecting activities / cambaceo. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Integrity in performing job duties.
