Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the different savings, investment, and insurance products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan. Ensure proper implementation and execution of the strategy for deposits, insurance, AFORE, and payroll accounts. Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Become certified as an AFORE Promoting Agent. **Cambaceo:** Promotion of products outside the point of sale. Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to ensure they return and recommend us. Ideal Candidate Profile Good communication skills. Enjoy interacting with customers. Experience in placing financial products and offering savings, investment, and insurance services. Knowledge of AFORES. Goal and objective oriented. Experience in customer prospecting activities in the field/cambaceo. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Honesty in performing duties.
