Looking for talents to join the team SYSTEMS COORDINATOR * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field. * Experience: 2 to 4 years in technical support, systems administration, and technological project management. * Technical Skills: * Basic/intermediate programming (to interact with developers). * CRM or ERP administration. * Technical user support. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software. * Skills: * Project organization and management. * Effective communication and clarity in reporting. * Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems. * Internal service orientation. Internal Relationships: * All company departments (as internal system users). * Operations Management and Finance Management (for project approvals). External Relationships: * CRM provider and other technology vendors.
