**Metal-mechanical company located in Gómez Palacio is seeking a Robot Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Degree in electromechanical, mechanical, mechatronics or industrial engineering. * Gender and age: Indifferent * Experience in handling automated systems and robot programming (especially **Fanuc and Universal Robots** brands), basic knowledge in welding applications, manufacturing, and blueprint reading. * Solid knowledge in programming, mechanics, and electronics. * Experience in industrial robotic engineering or Industry 4\.0 preferred. * Intermediate Office/Excel skills. **Professional competencies:** Develop interpersonal skills such as teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, organization, adaptability, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and personnel management. **Main responsibilities:** * Robot programming**: Configure and program robots according to specific production needs, including command input and operation sequences. * Operation and monitoring: Supervise robot operations as well as operators during the production cycle to ensure proper functioning, making real-time adjustments when necessary. * Preventive maintenance: Perform regular inspections of robotic equipment and report any anomalies to prevent failures and extend equipment lifespan. * Troubleshooting**: Develop strategies to identify and eliminate downtime, as well as prevent future production issues**, \*efficient communication with direct supervisor and colleagues from other shifts, continuous improvement. * Continuous improvement: Analyze robotic system performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety in the production process. * Personnel management: Ensure that assigned staff meet the hourly production targets. * Safety: Ensure all operations follow established safety protocols to protect both workers and equipment. * Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff from other areas and first shift to integrate robots into the production system and improve processes. * Training and development: Stay updated and train other employees on robot operations. * Report tracking: Prepare daily production and 5S reports. * Other duties inherent to the position Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Discounted cafeteria service Workplace: On-site
