




**Salary:** $13,000 monthly **Position type:** Full-time **Work modality:** On-site **Position objective** Support the proper execution of Human Resources processes, primarily in recruitment and selection, personnel administration, onboarding, training, and compliance with internal policies, ensuring a positive experience for employees and adherence to the Federal Labor Law. **Main responsibilities** * Execute recruitment and selection processes according to established profiles and policies. * Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees: documentation, induction, training, and equipment delivery. * Compile, update, and safeguard employee files. * Support the implementation of internal policies, regulations, and organizational culture. * Track attendance incidents, attendance lists, and employee vacation schedules. * Coordinate medical examinations, administrative procedures, and exit interviews. * Monitor training programs, performance evaluations, and talent development. * Support the administration of benefits, compensation, and workplace climate. * Participate in internal activities and team-building events. **Requirements** * **Age:** 25 years or older. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in a similar position. * **Language:** Spanish (excellent writing and spelling skills mandatory). * **Willingness to travel:** Not required. **Technical knowledge** * Office 365 and Excel (mandatory). * Recruitment software and job vacancy management systems. * Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * Federal Labor Law (mandatory). * Industrial psychology. * Video creation tools and training platforms. **Competencies and skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and initiative. * Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. * Teamwork and active listening. **We offer** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
