We seek a professional capable of leading technical integration between design and construction for large-scale, complex projects. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **3–5 years** working as a **BIM Coordinator** (mandatory experience in management and coordination—not solely modeling). * **Specialization:** Proven experience in vertical projects (residential towers/mixed-use) and high-complexity projects. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **Revit, Navisworks, ACC (BIM 360\)**, and AutoCAD. * **Availability:** Immediate start and availability to work onsite in Tijuana. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive coordination of architectural and engineering projects during execution and construction phases. * Management of design matrices, clash detection tracking, and deliverables administration. * Interdisciplinary integration of architecture, engineering (MEP), and construction teams. * Leadership and management of external consultants to ensure technical alignment of the project. * Oversight of BIM standards and cloud-based collaborative workflows. **Desired Competencies:** * Analytical ability to resolve technical conflicts on-site. * Excellent communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented mindset with strong adherence to delivery schedules.
