Job Summary: This position ensures the cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and distribution of dental instruments, guaranteeing compliance with biosafety standards and supporting dental specialists. Direct support to dental specialists. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, storage, and distribution of dental instruments, guaranteeing compliance with biosafety and infection prevention standards within the dental clinic, as well as supporting dental care provided by the clinic’s specialists. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Willingness to learn * **Prior experience in this specific role is not required** * Proficiency in Excel * Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control **Duties and Responsibilities** **Operational** * Receive, sort, and log used instruments. * Perform washing, disinfection, packaging, and sterilization procedures. * Operate and monitor autoclaves and sterilization equipment. * Verify physical, chemical, and biological controls. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the CEYE area. * Prepare and supply sterile instruments to examination rooms. **Control and Quality** * Supervise adherence to biosafety protocols. * Maintain logs and records of sterilization cycles. * Report equipment or process failures. * Ensure proper instrument traceability. * Manage inventory of supplies (bags, indicators, gloves, etc.). **Administrative** * Request replenishment of supplies. * Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment. * Train staff on proper handling and transport of instruments. **We Offer:** * Base salary / biweekly payment * Vacation days * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Sundays off * Uniforms * Training sessions Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
