Position Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Cell Leader for a creative studio to manage teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure the quality of deliverables. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for our new **Digital Marketing Cell Leader**! Below are some of the knowledge areas and skills you should possess: * Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Experience: Use of task management software. * Knowledge: Digital Marketing, Advertising Campaigns, Inbound Marketing. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze, assign, and validate team workloads. * Organize the team (recruitment, coordination, and supervision). * Coordinate and participate in client meetings. * Develop team strengths by driving growth (training) jointly with HR. * Final quality review of deliverables (account objectives, calendars, graphics, copy, leads, and key KPIs). * Monthly team performance evaluation report. * Quarterly satisfaction surveys for assigned accounts. * Exit surveys for clients terminating services. * Monthly innovation meeting per account with internal team and presentation of proposals to department leadership.
