If you seek to join a company in constant evolution, we’re waiting for you! Mission Receive routes and control information systems related to the Vending area that facilitate channel management. Responsibilities * Manage the integrated commercial system operation alongside the vending system. * Periodically develop and print operational reports for vending coordinators and the Vending Sales Manager to monitor the vending channel. * Register and deactivate customers in the vending system. * Complete customer onboarding and offboarding forms to route to APyE for processing. * Prepare and send daily Hand Held incident reports to vending coordinators and the Vending Management team. * Receive data from the Hand Held terminal. * Daily receipt at the end of shifts and record key handovers for vending machines—both for technicians and vending agents. * Receive requests for vending machines, soft drinks, snacks, as well as BLaK coffee, and route them to the refrigeration department. * Create preliminary entries and reservations in the SAP system. * Follow up on and resolve telephone contacts regarding technical failures, service requests, or customer complaints. * Attend training courses designed for this position. * Maintain confidentiality of information. * Comply with internal policies and regulations. * Keep the assigned work area clean and presentable at all times. Requirements * Technical degree, Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field (degree completed) * Experience in Sales (1 year), Systems usage (1 year), Microsoft Office Suite (1 year).
