We are looking for: **Car Advisor - Appraiser** We are seeking a Pre-Owned Vehicle Advisor-Appraiser to join our sales team, providing specialized service in the appraisal, negotiation, and sale of pre-owned vehicles backed by recognized brands. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in the sale and appraisal of pre-owned vehicles (REQUIRED). * Solid knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, market analysis, and determination of commercial values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accurately appraise pre-owned vehicles, considering general conditions, history, and market trends. * Negotiate with customers and ensure effective purchase/sale closings. * Follow up on leads and keep the database of potential customers updated. * Coordinate with the sales team to ensure an integrated customer experience. * Manage pre-owned vehicle inventory and maintain optimal display conditions. **We Offer:** * Base salary + commission scheme. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Real growth opportunities within an expanding automotive group. * Excellent work environment, constant training, and focus on professional development. * Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Work location: Blvd. Miguel Aleman, Campestre.
