




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to organize and coordinate operational staff, monitor performance indicators, and ensure compliance with safety and inventory policies. Opportunity for professional development Responsibilities: * Organize and coordinate operational staff to ensure efficiency in unloading, sorting, and loading. * Monitor and evaluate performance indicators. * Identify and resolve operational anomalies in real time, escalating as necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and operational discipline policies. * Coordinate and supervise assigned personnel. * Weekly fleet and coverage updates. * Review site-level data to reduce monetary penalties related to the Delivery Rate indicator, prevent theft and loss, increase delivery rate, and report incidents to avoid arbitration. * Review consumption, performance metrics, and kilometers traveled. * Analyze In & Out packages per site and regional proportion. * Estimate regional resources based on productivity and efficiency per site. * Inventory control. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. * Knowledge of HUB and CEDIS processes. * Digital tools such as Excel, Word, email, and handheld devices. * Basic analytical ability to identify operational improvements. * Ability to lead and motivate teams. * High level of responsibility, stress tolerance, and proactive incident resolution.
