Job Summary: A leading financial institution seeks a Collection Officer to serve, monitor, and develop clients, as well as expand its service network, by managing the collection portfolio and negotiating payment agreements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages collection portfolio and negotiates payment agreements 2. Follows up on payment commitments and restructures debts 3. Expands service network and achieves recovery targets A leading financial institution in the Laguna region is seeking a Collection Officer to join our team. The position focuses on client service, monitoring, development, and expansion of our service network. Main Responsibilities: * Manage collections for the assigned portfolio. * Negotiate payment agreements and debt restructurings. * Follow up on scheduled payment commitments. * Identify high-risk accounts and negotiate restructurings with clients. * Achieve established recovery targets. * Apply current collection policies and procedures. Requirements: Motorcycle operation capability. Valid driver’s license. We Offer: Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
