




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse/Operations Assistant to provide operational and administrative support in warehouse, production, embroidery, and cutting, ensuring inventory control and smooth material flow. Collaboration on key projects and dynamic team environment. ***Position: Warehouse/Production Assistant*** ***Location: Valle del Guadiana 654 Bis, Parque Industrial de Gómez Palacio, Dgo.*** We are currently seeking a Warehouse/Operations Assistant with desirable experience in the textile industry. **Job Objective:** To provide operational and administrative support across warehouse, production, embroidery, and cutting departments, ensuring inventory control, proper material flow, and on-time delivery fulfillment. ***Your responsibilities would include:*** ***Warehouse Department.*** Attending to and following up with internal and external customers. Reviewing pending purchase orders awaiting preparation and fulfillment. Verifying inventory levels for order fulfillment; in case of shortages, requesting the production department to generate the required materials. Fulfilling orders according to purchase orders. Preparing corresponding documentation for order deliveries. Coordinating local and national deliveries. Registering products in the Microsip system for accurate invoicing. ***Production Department.*** Supplying necessary components (trims) for production processes. Coordinating assignment of locations where product contract manufacturing will occur. Creating and maintaining component (trims) inventories, identifying shortages, and promptly reporting them to the procurement department. Assisting in planning the sequence of product entry into production, prioritizing workloads. ***Embroidery Department.*** Supporting embroidery design and programming using Wilcom software. Managing procurement of threads required for production and embroidery. Coordinating with the embroidery department to ensure timely and compliant delivery of embroidery work per established requirements. **Cutting Department.** Preparing material layout tables and lists. Verifying that cut patterns are delivered according to requested specifications. ***We Offer:*** Weekly salary. Work schedule Monday through Friday (no work on Saturday or Sunday).
