Responsibilities: · Collaborate in the Dynamics workflow within the procurement modules. · Contribute to the company’s overall performance by addressing and following up on various audits related to the procurement area. · Ensure supervision and monitoring of import orders to guarantee timely material delivery without disrupting the company’s various processes. · Ensure supervision and resolution of discrepancies in the procurement process, as well as expansion of the supplier base. · Ensure continuous cost improvement without compromising product and service quality, contracts, management, and advance payment tracking. · Identify existing risks within their process, as well as containment and prevention activities for such risks, according to the scope of their responsibilities. · Control expenditures and foster a long-term cost-saving culture for procurement expenses. · Report monthly procurement metrics based on savings. · Identify poor practices and errors to ensure prompt correction.
