Key administrative support in purchasing and sales departments. **Job Objective** Support the administrative management of the purchasing and sales departments by preparing customer quotations, requesting supplier quotations, recording purchases, and receiving goods in the system, ensuring proper inventory control and timely product supply. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare **quotations for customers**. * Request and manage **quotations from suppliers**. * Compare prices, delivery times, and purchasing terms. * Prepare and track **purchase orders**. * **Receive goods**, verifying alignment with purchase orders and invoices. * Record **goods receipts and purchases** in the Microsip system. * Enter **supplier invoices** into the system. * Maintain up-to-date **inventory control**. * Track **supplier orders and deliveries**. * Support customer inquiry handling and follow-up. * Archive and organize administrative documents related to purchasing and sales. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience in administrative or purchasing roles**. * **Experience in the hardware trade**. * Proficiency with the administrative system **Microsip**. * Basic proficiency in **Excel and office tools**. **Skills** * Organizational and administrative control. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication with customers and suppliers. * Basic negotiation ability. * Teamwork and process adherence.
