Superior benefits **Konecta – Gómez Palacio, Durango** At **Konecta**, we seek technology talent eager to grow within a dynamic environment focused on problem solving and operational support. ### **Job Objective:** Provide first- and second-level technical support, ensuring the proper operation of computer equipment, networks, and technological infrastructure, thereby guaranteeing business operational continuity. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum **6 months of experience in technical support** * Knowledge of: * Operating systems: **Windows and/or Linux** * Networks: **LAN/WAN, VPN** * Support for computer equipment and peripherals * Fault diagnosis and resolution * Proficiency with **command-line interface (MS-DOS / basic commands)** * Experience with **help desk / ticketing systems** * Basic English (preferred) ### **Main Responsibilities:** * First- and second-level technical support * Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment * Installation and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals * Ticket handling and follow-up (help desk) * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Hardware and software inventory control * Support in implementing technology projects * Basic supervision of infrastructure (cabling, site, data center) ### **Key Competencies:** * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Frustration tolerance * Results orientation * Effective communication ### **We Offer:** * **Growth plan** * Superior benefits * Job stability ### **Schedule:** **Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 hrs** ### **Application:** Send your CV to: **jorge.banuelos@konecta.com** WhatsApp: **871 612 2715**
