Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage personnel, supervise activities, and ensure the proper execution of equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for training and technical support to production lines MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Personnel management * Handling and control of maintenance process documentation * Daily activity reporting * On-site training for personnel under supervision * Ensuring proper execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Generation of preventive and corrective maintenance reports * Validation of correct completion of maintenance checklists and system records * Control of proper usage and recording of equipment spare parts * Control of technical staff tools * Execution of equipment and tooling modifications initiated by the maintenance department * Participation in internal and external theoretical-technical training * Direct support to production lines REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: * Electronic or mechatronic engineer, or related degree * Two years of experience in maintenance areas supervising personnel * Personnel administration * Planning of multiple activities * Leadership * Teamwork, verbal and written communication * Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency * Automotive industry experience (preferred) * SMT area experience (preferred) * Knowledge of maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF) * Technical knowledge of control systems, pneumatics, mechanics, and electronics.
