Training and policy compliance functions We are looking for an External Operational Auditor **Job Objective:** Branch administration, reporting of operational incidents, physical counts. Handling and auditing of materials and assets, along with general operations, including visits to branches across the entire Mexican Republic. Staff administration and supply chain activities: replenishment, storage, and distribution of company materials and inventory. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $16,000 to $18,000 * Bonus of $1,000 per well-executed audit * Weekly payment * Vacation days * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Profit sharing **Profile Requirements:** * High school diploma or higher * Availability for extended travel (1 to 2 months) * Basic Excel skills * Immediate availability * Basic knowledge of warehouses or any type of auditing **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervision of branches throughout the country. * Petty cash and sales reconciliation. * Photographic and Excel-based branch reporting. * Manual inventory count without system support. * Re-counting discrepancies identified during physical counts and investigating reasons for shortages or overages. * Preparing responsibility documents, audit reports, and audit results. * Conducting checklists covering basic branch functions; issuing administrative notices for any policy or functional non-compliance. * Providing training and maintaining audit documentation. * Delivering initial and final inventory reports for the branch. **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory * Inventory control * Statistical analysis Our location: Hacienda la Calerilla #100, Colonia Santa María Tequepexpan, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, CP 45601
