Highly organized person, reliable, committed, service-oriented attitude, and accustomed to working under pressure. **FUNCTIONS:** Ensure production is carried out according to quality standards, comply with and enforce hygiene regulations during production preparation, plan the production of bread and/or desserts as scheduled to avoid waste.
