Active participation in continuous improvement and talent development **Different Technologies SAPI de CV seeks a Nesting Coach \- Puebla in Puebla, Puebla** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Join Banco Plata!** We have just received our banking license and are entering a phase of accelerated growth, constant innovation, and real opportunities for those who want to build something big. **Be part of the financial revolution transforming Mexico!** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Coaching and Training:** * Closely supervise agent performance during nesting, providing consistent support. * Conduct daily coaching sessions and personalized feedback. * Ensure agents understand area processes, products, and tools. **Monitoring and Evaluation:** * Analyze agent performance metrics during the nesting period. * Identify areas for improvement and design improvement strategies. * Conduct periodic evaluations to measure progress in skills and knowledge. **Talent Retention:** * Detect early signs of dissatisfaction or demotivation among agents. * Implement action plans to address concerns and foster a positive work environment. * Collaborate with Human Resources to assess and improve onboarding strategies. **Continuous Improvement:** * Provide feedback to area leaders regarding possible adjustments to training programs. * Develop and update support materials and work guides for nesting agents. * Actively participate in team meetings to share progress and challenges. **JOB PROFILE:** * Minimum 2 years as supervisor, coach, or agent in call centers, preferably in sales or customer service areas. * Proficiency in monitoring tools and CRM software. * Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports. * Effective communication and leadership skills. * Ability to motivate and work with diverse teams. * Conflict resolution and management of critical situations. **BENEFITS:** Monthly salary: $10,000 gross Productivity bonus Major medical expense insurance Life insurance Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Work location: Av. 7 Ote 601, Barrio de Analco, 72500 Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Pue. **Why join Banco PLATA?** We believe in people before positions.
