Job Summary: Design, develop, and build test benches for analysis of electrical/electronic components and perform functional tests according to requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and construction of specialized test benches 2. Configuration of test-specific software 3. Ensuring proper operation of the test bench and training personnel This role involves designing, developing, and building site-specific test benches in accordance with the requirements for electrical/electronic component analysis and performing functional tests on them to meet departmental requirements. a) Develop the test concept based on analysis requirements b) Prepare a work plan to carry out the test bench construction c) Construct the test bench according to the approved plan d) Configure test-specific software e) Ensure proper operation of the test bench during use f) Train personnel on test bench usage **Requirements** **Advanced LabView programming language proficiency.** Knowledge of automation and control. Knowledge of communication protocols **(CAN, LIN, Ethernet).** Knowledge of datalogging on automotive networks. Knowledge of high-voltage systems in electric vehicles. Knowledge of energy management and lockout procedures, high-voltage handling, and relevant tools and equipment required to perform such tasks.
