Teamwork and results-oriented proactive approach. **NON-ENTRY LEVEL ENGINEER** DHL EXPRESS is seeking an Engineer to support logistics processes. **Your Responsibilities** Analyze the installed capacity of Facilities through process evaluations and audits to define the resources required to ensure operations. Conduct studies via sampling of delivery and pickup zones to redesign them for more efficient resource utilization and balanced workloads across zones. Design and implement facility expansion or relocation projects, covering pre-design, cost estimation, material and workflow processes, civil works, systems, machining, and supplier coordination. **Your Profile** Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (degree holder) English: Intermediate \- **Advanced** Software: **Microsoft Office / Advanced Excel / Power BI** Statistical analysis Willingness to travel **Skills:** Experience in continuous improvement. Strong data analysis capability. Time and Motion Studies. Advanced Excel and Power BI. Development and implementation of new improvement projects.
