Responsibilities * Develop and implement **HTTP and WebSocket APIs** for communication between the application and **NJ\-Dialer**. * Build and maintain **call control logic** (e.g., TRANSFER, BRIDGE, etc.). * Manage **rate\-limiting, blacklists, and system performance metrics**. * Ensure **low latency and reliable event delivery** in real\-time systems. * Optimize backend services for **performance, scalability, and resilience**.
