If you're seeking an opportunity that allows you to \***achieve financial independence\***, develop your sales skills, and \*become part of a solid company\*, this opportunity is for you! \*EVERY MONDAY WE START WITH A NEW GROUP OF EXECUTIVES\* \*REQUIREMENTS:\* * Age: 23 to 50 years old. * **Must have RFC (Taxpayer Registry Code)** * Education: Minimum high school diploma. * Experience: Preferably in direct sales, canvassing, insurance, or customer service. * Skills: Proactivity, effective communication, results-oriented, frustration tolerance, persuasion ability. **WE OFFER:** ***(POSITION IS 100% COMMISSION-BASED, NO BASE SALARY)*** * 10% commission on sales based on cash value. * First-month training bonus, paid in two installments of $3,000\.00\. * Ongoing training. * Advertising materials. * Induction and support from the beginning. * Professional growth opportunities. * **\*SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm\*** **Earn without limits, grow at your own pace, and achieve financial independence.** ***JOB PURPOSE*** Provide empathetic and high-quality service to customers, raise awareness about funeral pre-planning, attract new clients, offer funeral service options tailored to their needs and wishes, and generate income for the company through the sale of funeral services. ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform customer outreach activities. * Post current month's advertisements and promotions set by General Management on social media and stories. * Attend route planning meetings, work plan sessions, and daily follow-up reviews punctually and as scheduled. * Conduct canvassing on routes previously assigned by JNV Management and/or Sales Supervisor. * Provide clients with information about available funeral services and options, answer questions, clarify doubts, and offer personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions aligned with their wishes. * Submit daily work reports and feedback. * Deliver a prospect follow-up report to the Sales Supervisor. * Maintain regular follow-up with clients and prospects, dedicating one hour daily to call registered candidates. * Perform daily follow-up with at least one contact from the registered warm circle. ***Weekly Responsibilities:*** * Participate in trainings provided by Jardines Nueva Vida. ***Occasional Responsibilities:*** * Deliver required documentation to clients. * Provide support in any activities requested by JNV Management and/or Sales Supervisor.
