




We are looking for a **Head Chef** with leadership, passion for gastronomy, and the ability to ensure quality and smooth operation of the kitchen area. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities. * Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and flavor of dishes. * Plan menus and control food portions and costs. * Maintain hygiene and food safety standards. * Monitor inventories and request supplies according to needs. * Train staff in techniques, presentation, and quality standards. * Verify the proper use of equipment, utensils, and raw materials. * Ensure adherence to schedules and organization of the kitchen area. * Collaborate with management on process improvements and new dish development. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of hygienic food handling. * Availability to work evening shifts.
