About the role: As Plant Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving production lines performance improvement through the management and promotion of Continuous Improvement (C.I.) and Digitalization initiatives. You will work closely with plant stakeholders to identify efficiency gaps, structure improvement projects and ensure the implementation of best practices, contributing to operational excellence and sustainable performance across the site. Main Responsabilities: * Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality and waste reduction across production lines. * Promote and implement digitalization tools and methodologies to optimize processes and enhance performance monitoring. * Analyze performance data, identify gaps and propose corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production, maintenance and quality teams. * Support standardization of best practices and ensure their effective deployment at plant level. * Act as a key change agent, fostering a continuous improvement culture and strengthening problem\-solving capabilities across teams. * Monitor KPIs related to operational performance and ensure reporting, follow\-up and continuous tracking of results. About the Role As Manager, Finance \& Operations, you can play a key role in guiding the continued growth of our high\-tech seed production operations in Mexico. You will lead and oversee the strategic and operational management of our Mexican subsidiary in close partnership with the Manager of Seed Production. **A Snapshot of Your Day** As part of the GECO expansion project, you will be responsible for all aspects of the training of the future workforce (white\-collar and blue\-collar workforce). This expansion project is the new greenfield factory for power transformers in the Mexican Siemens Energy locations. You are responsible for developing role\-based curricula, supervising their implementation, and setting up a new training center.
