




**Job Description:** Support the Technical Service Coordination team in scheduling, tracking, documenting, and executing services provided to customers and within the organization. Ensure order, control, and administrative support for projects within the Technical Service Department. **Key Responsibilities:** · Administer and control the Technical Service Department’s tool inventory. · Manage scheduling, tracking, and documentation of orders and work projects. · Administer project files and ensure that documentation for each project is complete and up to date. · Manage security requirements and documents for access to industrial plants. · Review and validate service reports submitted by technicians. · Record services performed on a weekly basis and keep the Technical Service Coordination team informed. · Enter pre-filled service orders and assist in publishing the weekly activity schedule. · Maintain the Service Coordinator’s calendar to ensure orderly execution and completion of tasks. **Candidate Profile:** Education: · Completed high school (preparatoria) · Completed technical high school (técnico bachiller) · Technical or intern-level studies in Administration Experience/Knowledge Area: · Minimum two years in a similar role. · File, project, and order administration. · Industrial safety processes. · Handling or control of equipment and tool inventory. · Microsoft Office suite **We Offer:** · Position salary range: MXN $8,000.00 to $12,000.00 per month (gross). · Statutory benefits · Punctuality and Attendance Bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $8,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
