At STATION, there's a place for you: Technical Support **Requirements:** * Gender: Not specified * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Skills and Competencies: Service-oriented attitude, communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and passion for wellness. * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Willingness to travel between branches and occasionally travel (e.g., Coahuila, Guadalajara). * Having a personal vehicle is preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting any type of equipment (software, hardware, magnetic doors, turnstiles, CCTV). * Provide guidance and training to users on proper usage of hardware, software, magnetic doors, turnstiles, and CCTV. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, productivity applications, user profiles, access points, enterprise software, magnetic doors, turnstiles, and CCTV according to user needs. * Maintain up-to-date inventory control of all devices. * Participate in planning and design for system implementation or upgrade projects. * Document implementation procedures and keep system documentation updated for future reference. **Benefits:** * Base salary (paid biweekly) * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Gasoline vouchers * Access to any of our facilities * Birthday day off
