Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. Material reception: \- Physical conditions (cutting according to ASME code requirements, aesthetics, dimensions, thicknesses. \- Validation of quality certificates according to ASME code requirements. \- Material identification (accepted, held, or rejected). Traceability of the entire manufacturing process from material receipt, layout and cutting, assembly and welding, non-destructive testing, visual inspection, cleaning, and shipment. Non-conformance control \- Determine the cause of non-conformances, \- Report to the area supervisor, \- Contribute to possible corrective solutions. Train and assist operators to carry out their quality control tasks. Implementation of the quality management system.
