




Summary Coordinates and executes human resources operations including recruitment and selection, training, and labor relations for the assigned business unit or area. Core Competencies * Analytical Ability * Effective Communication * Collaboration and Teamwork * Problem Solving * Accountability * Ethics and Integrity * Customer Service * Skills and Knowledge in Area of Expertise * Initiative / Proactivity * Effective Negotiation * Openness to Change * Continuous Improvement * Emotional Intelligence Job Responsibilities * Selects and recruits unionized and non-unionized personnel (below managerial level) to fill vacancies according to requirements, job profiles, and job descriptions in compliance with applicable policies and procedures through company-authorized platforms. * Coordinates with the on-site medical service for medical examinations of new hires. * Develops, together with managers from each area, follows up, and ensures compliance with the annual training plan for their area, as well as attendance of the involved personnel, responds to NCs, and develops the respective DC\-3. * Coordinates and conducts orientation programs for new employees within their business unit or assigned area. * Supports human resources events beneficial to employees (Town Hall meetings, year-end events, sports events, etc.). * Manages and updates, when required, personnel files for their business unit or assigned area. * Ensures compliance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT), the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT), and the business unit's code of conduct under their responsibility; as applicable. * Ensures proper administration and control of general employee services (transportation, cafeteria, uniforms, PPE). * Prepares individual employment contracts. * Follows up on salary increases due to promotions or salary grids for unionized personnel. Where applicable, monitors and applies increases according to the CCT. * Follows up on performance evaluations for employees under their business unit(s). * Develops, monitors, and implements corrective actions according to the Absenteeism Policy. * Implements the Onboarding process for new hires within areas under their responsibility. * Processes voluntary resignations and involuntary terminations. * Handles and resolves employee complaints regarding administrative issues. * Identifies vacancies in the Manpower control of their area(s) and prepares the corresponding COSFs according to the respective procedure. * Monitors and adjusts the vacation schedule. * Ensures that assigned supervisors clear their daily incidents in RPM. * Keeps RPM updated (new hires, changes, resignations/terminations, credentials, and/or fingerprint enrollment). * Ensures that the operations certification matrix procedure is carried out as specified and maintains a copy of the established format for this purpose. * Follows up on the apprenticeship program and keeps related records updated. * Escalates, as a first step, any deviation from the activities described above to the HR Superintendent, and if necessary, to the HR Manager. Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field. * 5 years of work experience as a Generalist in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. * Advanced level of English.
