Join our team as a **Special Projects Intern where you will learn:** * Make adjustments, corrections, and updates to the executive project according to design or construction observations, as required. * Collaborate in the preparation of detailed drawings, as well as drawings required for procedures or presentations. * Assist in filling out forms for procedures with authorities, compiling files and folders for delivery to the municipality. * Organize and keep the digital archive of project drawings and documents updated, following the corresponding guidelines. * Participate in project reviews by taking notes, tracking agreements, and updating related documentation. Candidate Profile: * Student of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (final semesters). * Basic reading and interpretation of architectural, structural, and installation drawings (hydraulic, electrical, special). * Proficiency in design and drafting software: AutoCAD (essential) * Proficiency in Excel and Office suite. * Basic knowledge of regulations in residential construction. * Familiarity with processes for updating and adjusting drawings according to construction observations or design changes. * Communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
