




**Position Profile: Bartender (Thursday to Sunday)** **General Information** * **Position:** Bartender * **Employment Type:** Weekends only * **Schedule:** From **Thursday to Sunday** (shifts according to operational needs) * **Department:** Operations – Service * **Reports to:** Restaurant Captain **Position Objective** Efficiently prepare and serve drinks with excellent presentation and taste, ensuring courteous and professional customer service during peak days. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Customer Service** * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes. * Attend to requests from guests and waitstaff with a friendly attitude. **Bar Operations** * Set up and break down the bar at the beginning and end of each shift. * Keep the station organized, clean, and well-stocked. * Perform basic inventory control of bottles, supplies, and glassware. * Ensure proper functioning of bar equipment. **Hygiene and Safety** * Comply with hygiene and beverage handling standards. * Properly handle bottles, glassware, and machinery to prevent accidents. **Administrative Tasks** * Accurately record consumption. * Report incidents or shortages to the Captain or Supervisor. **Position Requirements** Gender indifferent **Education** * High school or preparatory school (desirable). **Experience** * 6 months to 1 year as a Bartender (desirable). * Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation. **Knowledge** * Basic mixology. * Handling of glassware, ice, and bar equipment. * Good hygiene practices. **Skills and Competencies** * Customer service attitude. * Ability to work under pressure. * Speed and precision. * Clear communication. * Organization and cleanliness. **Position Conditions** * Fixed availability **from Thursday to Sunday**. * Work in fast-paced, high-traffic environments.
