**Position:** Computer Scientist / Computer Engineer **Location:** * Juriquilla, Querétaro * Torus, Juriquilla * El Mirador, Querétaro *(assignment based on project needs)* **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Availability on weekends, only if required to resolve urgent technical issues. **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible computer scientist with a technical focus who can provide support and maintenance for the company's computer systems. The ideal candidate should have analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to address technological needs both on-site and remotely. **Responsibilities:** * Technical support to users (hardware, software, networks) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment * Basic configuration and administration of networks and systems * Domain and email administration * Installation and setup of Marsoft Worlds * Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems * Documentation of processes and activities performed * On-call incident response when necessary * **Must have personal vehicle, as constant travel between offices will be required to provide support or maintenance.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering in computer science, informatics, or related field * Knowledge in technical support, networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux) * Desired experience in databases, cybersecurity, or cloud platform administration * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and responsibility * Ability to work in an organized manner and under pressure **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $12,000 to $15,000 MXN *(depending on experience and technical level)* * Job stability and collaborative environment * Opportunities for professional development * Assignment to site based on proximity or need (Juriquilla or El Mirador, Qro.) * Continuous training in new technologies Type of position: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 4 per week Experience: * databases: 1 year (Desirable) * cybersecurity : 1 year (Desirable) * cloud platform administration: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: In-person job
