Description
Understand the properties of aluminum alloys and detect casting defects that affect the machining process.
1\. Optimize high-precision and high-speed CNC machining parameters for tools such as PCD reamers, boring, threading, and honing.
2\. Analyze process defects and develop improvement actions to reduce burrs and dimensional deviations.
3\. Evaluate tool wear and correct issues related to hole diameters and precision.
4\. Troubleshoot and perform adjustments on Fanuc threading centers and CNC lathes.
5\. Interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances applied to machining.
6\. Use and understand indexing fixtures to ensure precision in CNC processes.
7\. Program and modify G-codes for CNC machining operations.
8\. Use AutoCAD for interpretation and creation of technical drawings.
9\. Apply advanced experience in CNC machining and continuous process improvement.
10\. Implement projects for manufacturing process optimization and improvement.
11\. Apply trigonometric principles to machining calculations and adjustments.
