Installation Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking an installation technician for cabling, computing and networking equipment, performing basic tests and documenting activities, with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork. Opportunity for growth in the technical field Responsibilities Install basic network cabling, computing equipment, networking equipment, printers, and mobile devices. Use technical tools such as: drill, soldering iron, punch-down tool, multimeter, etc. Label and organize network cabling according to internal procedures. Perform basic hardware or connectivity tests to verify functionality. Prepare and document internal and client-facing technical logs/activities. Requirements: Education: Completed technical high school diploma or related technical degree. Preferred fields include computer science, networking, or telecommunications. Experience: At least 6 months of verifiable experience in network installation, technical infrastructure, or field support. Technical knowledge: Structured cabling, use of specialized tools, basic equipment maintenance. Technical and soft skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, time management, responsibility, and customer orientation. Other Requirements: Valid Class 'A' driver's license. Ability to operate a vehicle with manual transmission. Flexible schedule (willingness to work outside standard office hours as required by the project). Desirable: Repair of mobile devices and/or printers. Assembly of PC equipment. Configuration of Wi-Fi devices and printers. Work Conditions On-site and field work.
