Learn more at www.averydennison.com. **Job Description** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** **Accurately capture and record production data from machines, ensuring proper process tracking. Classify and document downtime events. Maintain constant communication with Strap Attach operators to detect and correct data capture deviations, guaranteeing information reliability and operational efficiency.** **RESPONSIBILITIES THAT MAY INCLUDE** * **Capture data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.** * **Organize and classify data in a structured manner to facilitate understanding.** * **Take responsibility for searching and capturing production data in the Oracle system for assigned equipment.** * **Perform quality checks on products according to the design speed of each product.** * **Record Hour-by-Hour information as well as corresponding deviations and classifications.** * **Validate consumption and material entries for assigned equipment.** * **Conduct cyclic counts of materials within assigned equipment.** * **Verify scrap records and material variation (%MV) in the assigned area.** * **Follow escalation procedures as applicable with the appropriate department.** * **Keep databases and administrative records up to date.** * **Use and care for computing and label printing equipment used in daily production.** * **Follow internal work regulations and company-established safety requirements.** * **Comply with and promote Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy.** * **Apply and promote 5S practices in the work area.** * **If part of any company brigade or committee, must fulfill the corresponding duties.** **Requirements*** **Completed secondary school or partial high school** * **Experience handling bill of materials (BOM). "Desirable"** * **Desirable experience with ERP systems or similar material loading systems.
