Join Our Team. **Human Resources Generalist:** **Position Objective:** To manage and monitor Human Resources processes, providing support to employees and leaders on personnel administration, recruitment, training, and organizational development, promoting a positive and company-objective-aligned work environment. Requirements: **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in recruitment and personnel selection. * Proficiency in personnel administration (hiring, termination, contracts, personnel files). * Experience in labor relations and employee support. **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up. * Conflict resolution. * Teamwork. **Knowledge:** * Mexican labor legislation. * Recruitment and selection processes. * Incident tracking. **Key Responsibilities:** **Recruitment and Selection:** * Posting job vacancies on employment portals and social media. * Resume screening and competency-based interviews. * Coordination of psychometric assessments. * Monitoring the hiring and onboarding process. **Personnel Administration:** * Management of employment contracts and performance evaluations. * Personnel file integration and safeguarding. * Processing of hires, terminations, and salary adjustments (IDSE and SUA). * Incident tracking (absences, vacations, leaves) for pre-payroll. * Payroll tax: 3%. * Support for organizational events. * Handling of labor conflicts and initial mediation. * Drafting and implementation of administrative minutes grounded in the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Benefits control and administration. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Management of vacation bonuses for employees. * Vacation tracking. * Weekly HeadCount updates. * Weekly reporting.
